Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online and Call Center Purchases

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify the acceptance of your order by Orbital Networks LLC, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Orbital Networks LLC reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Orbital Networks cancels an order after you have already been billed, Orbital Networks will refund the billed amount.

Pricing, Price Reductions and Corrections

Despite our efforts, a small number of mispriced articles on the website may occur. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Should Orbital Networks reduce its price on any Orbital-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact us to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Orbital Networks within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the Shipping & Pickup page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from Orbital Networks. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Orbital Networks control once it leaves our facilities, Orbital Networks LLC cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Consumers Only sells and ships products exclusively to end-user customers. You may not purchase products at for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect any customer or group of customers of doing so.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Orbital Networks  may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Orbital Networks reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after an order was accepted by Orbital Networks LLC. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Orbital Networks LLC confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Orbital Networks will contact you to suggest an alternative product or, after consulting with you; cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Return Policy

If you want to return an item, you can ship the item back to the Orbital Networks Distribution center that shipped your order, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Items ineligible for a return include:

Products that present broken seals

Opened memory

Opened software*

Electronic Software Downloads

Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)

We recommend that you use the original packaging to ensure the returned item is not damaged during transport. If the original packaging is not used and the product is damaged when it arrives in the Orbital Networks distribution center the return may not be accepted by Orbital Networks.

Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. You have 14 days to send back your item in the original packaging, postal stamp being the proof of date. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven (7) business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from Orbital Networks LLC, which will be mailed to your billing address within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the returned package.

How to initiate a return

To ship your return item(s) to Orbital Networks, request a return form online on your recently ordered list.
Locate the item you want to return and click the Return Items link. On the next page, select the item(s) you would like to return and click the Continue button.

Next, verify the return item(s) and the return address on your address label. Once you have verified your return details, click the Print Now button to print your address label and packing slip. Affix the address label to the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip. We recommend using the original packaging Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund and send you a Return Receipt confirmation email.

Using more than one payment card

For the moment, only a single credit card can be used to pay for your order, it is expected that the multi-card functionality will become available before the second quarter of 2012.

Troubleshooting credit card & debit card payment errors.

If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.

Double check the card type (for example, American Express), the account number and expiration date.
Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.

If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.


Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the telephone number on the back of your credit card to confirm.


Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover/MasterCard/Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.


Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order, even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.


When does Orbital Network charge your account

When you place an order, Orbital Networks will contact your credit or debit card's issuing bank to confirm it is a valid account. Orbital Networks requests an authorization, which holds the funds for the full or partial purchase amount. In case that your order is accepted by Orbital Networks we will charge your card account for the partial or full amount and proceed to ready your order for expedition. In case you do a pre-order, only 50% of the amount will be charged to your card account and is fully refundable if you decide to cancel your purchase before the shipping process has started.

If you cancel your order before your items are billed, any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to expire and any authorizations placed on your debit card account can take up to 10 days to expire. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.

Cashier's Check or Money Order

To pay for your purchase using a Cashier's Check or Money Order:

Place your order with a hotline assistant by calling Orbital Networks LLC sales

Obtain the final dollar total of your order, including tax and any applicable shipping charges from the sales assistant.

Confirm that your cashier's check or money order is for the full amount of the order. It is not possible to combine a cash payment with another form of payment for one order.

Make the cashier's check or money order payable to Orbital Networks LLC., and include your Web Order Number or a copy of your order.

Note: Orbital Networks LLC must receive your payment within fifteen (15) calendar days after your order is placed or your order will be cancelled. Please allow four (4) business day for order processing after Orbital Networks receives your payment.
